Online remote diagnosis
The Röders service department can check all machine parameters directly via a telephone connection to the machine. Even operating the machines and monitoring the work progress is possible in this manner. It goes without saying that the customers also have access to this interface. 
HSC consulting service
Röders also offers consulting support to the customers for difficult machining applications. This service includes consulting on milling strategies, tools and programming. The response time is very short. For further information, please request our list of references.
Inexpensive control updates
The HSC NC control in Röders machines can never become outdated. With the inexpensive software updates and/or hardware extensions for the PC based control the customers can always make use of the latest technology on their machines. This goes for all machines supplied by Röders since 1995!
