Automatic part flow – The magazines are divided into different areas: raw part area, intermediate area, finished part area, etc. Depending on the machining progress, the workpieces wander through the individual areas, from the raw part area to the finished part area. This way, the machining state can be seen just based on the workpiece storage place. In the case of standardised raw part types, advance identification and allocation to the jobs by hand is therefore no longer required. The machining program automatically calls the desired raw part type via the handling system. Identification occurs with the actual workpiece via the chip on the pallet the first time they are loaded in the machine. |
